All images on the website are enhanced during the post production process, actual product colours may vary. 

Rocker will not be held liable for any misuse or fraudulent activities conducted by the customer involving the product.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 07 days from the date of purchase as long as it is in original condition.

Return Policy is applicable only on Packs Ordered.

For Bulk Orders there will be no Exchange or Return.

To complete your return/exchange, please drop us an email at info@rockermodular.com with the product opening video along with your Order ID. We will inspect the same, if it's approved then we will schedule a reverse pickup from your shipping address & our courier pickup partner will contact you for pick up the product back.If 07 days have gone by, though, we will not be able to offer you an return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged or returned.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we only offer replacements. 

SHIPPING

We strive to process all orders swiftly, typically within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. Delivery times may vary based on your location, ranging from 1 business day to 12 business days. Rest assured, your order will be dispatched from our efficient warehouse in Delhi and delivered by our trusted express delivery partners for the quickest possible service & you will get a tracking link over Email or SMS. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can't be cancelled once it's shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting my account page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY OR AFTER USE?

Damage Upon Delivery

First and foremost, anything leaving the warehouse is checked for quality, though if you did receive something that was damaged upon arrival, please drop us an email at info@rockermodular.com with a product opening video that shows the product’s defects along with your Order ID and after the inspection, we’ll replace it right away!

Damage after Use

In certain rare situations where you may see damage on the Product after usage, it may need a little investigation from our end to check the root cause of the problem. Any product that stops working within 6 months due to a sudden voltage spike or usage Higher-than-acceptable current rating won’t be available for replacement. Please see our Warranty Policy.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

We care about our customers & their product experience; therefore, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

There will be 2 types of Warranty:

Manufacturing Warranty: this will be applicable in case of any manufacturing defects like Loose Contacts, Breakage of the plastic body, Raw material defects, etc.

Experience Warranty: this will be applicable in case your experience with the product usage is not so good after using it for a certain time within 6 months.

In both these cases, we will offer an exchange of the same product. You will have to follow the exchange process as mentioned above, however, in the case of experience warranty, the reverse & forward shipping costs will be borne by you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
